Great hotel...only issue is that my room wasn't available anymore after I booked a month prior for my honeymoon...they upgraded us to a VIP villa but didn't let me know in advance. Now don't get me wrong it was a nice room ...buuuut it was in between a party venue and where they do live shows almost every night. The wall are paper thin so you can hear birds in the morning so imagine music. The food was good except for the Japanese restaurant..but hey your in Mexico I'm not to mad at it. I'm from. NYC and we barely have good Japanese restaurants. But everyone was friendly, thankfully my beautiful wife spanish is better than mine. Now the beach was beautiful the pool in the VIP section where stayed was always clean and warm, the staff always helpful amd fun to be around. Just like nobody listens bring strong sun block...the sun will cook you quickly. The hotel is a mixture of couple families kids so you have to choose your battles. But all in all a great place for vacation

Fantastic. I rate it a 9.7. A lot to do. Fantastic food. No reservations required for restaurants. Very convient. Top quality food including filet mignon, rib eye, New York strip steak, plus more.

Food was horrid. Views were amazing. Place is fun, can be exciting. The hotel next door has parties at night that are definitely a good time. But the food? Absolutely trash. Not like oh it’s okay no. All of the food is absolutely terrible. Everything looks like it’s been sitting out for days before it’s even put out. I don’t have any real complains about the hotel its self. It did us well. But we took a bus downtown every time to eat anything because of how terrible it was eating at the hotel. Another small thing but just wanted to put light on it, charging $2 a game for a game of pool is robbery. BIG CAUTION Our room was nice. But if you stay here peek behind the paintings on the wall. You will most certainly find mold behind them. like actual big mold pores. That’s a huge problem and should be watched closely by staff. We stayed only 3 days and I saw it by the send of my second day. So I didn’t decide to mention what I’m sure they already know.
