Riva Hotel Nisantasi

Absolutely great hotel! Staff were very welcoming and kind. Services are delivered immediately. Fast check in and out. Perfect location in the middle of a popular area surrounded by variety of stores and restaurants and cafes. Some rooms are street view. And definitely safe hotel. I highly recommend it here if you are 1-4 people staying together.

My wife and I recently stayed at Riva and were very pleased with the accommodations! The location is excellent, with close shopping and restaurants. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, with excellent climate control! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I would especially like to call out Bilal, who went out of his way to help when I realized I had forgotten to bring an outlet converter! We also ordered food delivery, and it was great to see that Bilal actually escorted the delivery person to our door. That was such an impressive touch that they made that effort to ensure our security!! We will certainly return when we come back to Istanbul and will be recommending it to everyone we know.

The hotel is located in an amazing and vibrant area — perfect for shopping and enjoying the city. The staff are genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay very pleasant. However, the service was a bit slow at times, likely due to a staff shortage. The rooms are a good size and generally comfortable, but there’s limited closet space, and the shower was too tiny to be comfortable. Also, only one chair is provided in the room, which isn’t ideal for couples or families. Overall, it’s a great choice if location and friendly staff are your top priorities, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of in-room amenities and service efficiency. Prices are acceptable.
