Riva Hotel Taksim

I stayed with my mom for 4 nights and the hotel is very good for a 4 stars. We just had a situation one night where I asked for a knife and a plate and they took more than 30 minutes to bring it to the room. I had to call twice the reception to have it done. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant. Complete and tasty breakfast, very good location, surrounded by restaurants and a few gift shops. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and bathroom well equipped. The lobby is big enough for waiting the transport. I recommend to stay here.
