Riva Luxury Suites

This is a beautiful place. It’s not an apartment because it doesn’t have a kitchen (it does have a mini-fridge), but for a short stay, it’s perfect. It’s not a hotel. It’s a very large room with upstairs terrace and large bathroom and tub area. It is perfectly located with incredible views of the harbor and promenade. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Some, our host, was very accommodating. The huge private terrace is the best part of the place. Awesome. It also came with a great breakfast at a restaurant 1 block away, which was extra-nice. A couple of things to keep in mind. 1) the promenade is noisy, even in the middle of the night. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the right place. 2) if you must sleep in darkness, this is not the right place. The curtains are see-through and promenade lights illuminate the room all night. 3) there is no elevator, so you have to lug your suitcases up 3 steep and narrow flights of stairs. As long as you’re ok with these 3 things, it is the perfect place!

The suite has a very good location and an incredible view. Both check in with Ante and check out with Roko went smoothly, they were super nice and helpful, Roko also made some recommendations for the rest of our travels outside of Split. The suite is on the riva, but you barely hear anything which was really nice. Daily cleaning (replacing towels, doing dishes etc) is included in the price. Breakfast is included, you receive vouchers for each day of your stay and get to choose between Zinfandel and Brasserie on 7. Both were delicious! 🤩

A magnificent apartment. Roko a great host helpful ,friendly and genuinely welcoming.Central to everything Restaurant's,shops,bars and on the waterfront.Amazing suite worth the climb.Thanks for making my stay in Split memorable. Alan
