- The location is good - the service is not for a 4-star hotel For example they don’t provide even toothpaste! - the staff are nice - the breakfast is not the best but acceptable (still not for a 4-star hotel)
STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE PLACE! Don’t waste your money here. They have a night club in the hotel that blasts music till 1:30 am. You can hear it in every room! The staff is friendly and good, but the issue is with the hotel’s management! We asked for a room change which took 72 hours , four calls, and two emails. The rooms are outdated and overrun by ants 🐜. Location is good and walking distance to a lot of touristy places in the city.
Do not stay at this hotel! Save yourself the trouble. It’s unbelievably loud at night because there is a nightclub that plays loud music throughout the night until 5 in the morning. I stayed on the 3rd floor and you can still hear it to the point that you can’t sleep.It has genuinely been the worst hotel I’ve been in.
