The back patio view of the river is stunning. They have plenty of seating and I enjoyed watching the geese, squirrels, and ducks. All in all.. Ya get what ya pay for. If you’re looking for a luxury stay you won’t find it here. There were damages in our room, damaged ceiling and stains on 2 of 3 chairs. The beds were comfortable, no bugs, and overall cleanliness of our room was about 7/10. We’re not picky people so we can deal with a few minor issues. No issues with check in/out. Employees seemed friendly, but didn’t really need their assistance with anything. The breakfast is terrible. Offers cereal but no milk and no milk to buy in the snack area. Not many options to choose from. Outdoor pool was nice. Indoor pool is small. The indoor pool is practically located in the lobby, be careful walking through that area. Multiple places to walk to for food and fun so the location is convenient. Also loved they have a covered parking lot. I took full advantage of being able to keep my car cooled off and out of the heat.

MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS REVIEW!! Stir clear of this establishment! We visit pigeon forge with family at least once or twice a year. This time we decided to stay here, what a horrible mistake! The rooms were filthy. Snot smeared on walls, poor vacuum job that clearly doesn’t reach the corners of the rooms, stains on the mattresses and covers, stains on chairs, black mold in the showers, and the vents in the bathrooms are CAKED with dust, just see my photos. When I asked to be moved to another room the front desk staff was rude and forced me to pay an upgrade fee per night due to capacity, it wasn’t enough that my room was filthy I had to pay extra because the room had a “private balcony” that was overlooking a shambled house under construction. And when I got upset at having to pay extra, the hotel manager threatened to throw us out, an entire family in 4 rooms booked with 2 seniors, young children, an autistic child, an adult with disability and a service dog. Total disgrace! The indoor pool looks yellow, the staircases are covered in duct tape, the hallways were run down like in a cheap motel and the breakfast was utterly inedible. Only thing half way decent is the location, but with so many other places to stay in the area, do yourself a favor and spend just a little more to stay somewhere decent that you’ll actually enjoy.

I will say that the staff that cleans the room were very nice. For the most part, the room was clean. The pool area was not nice. The small pool that’s indoors need to be clean. But what really upset me is your front desk. Rude and obnoxious. She said some things to us that she didn’t say to the other people that were checking in. And I promise you you never have to worry about me staying at your establishment again. I suggest that you teach your front staff to be respectful to all people that are paying to stay there
