River Inn Duna Parque Resorts & Hotels

Good hotel room, spacious and with lots of light. TV is small and doesn't accept external hdmi to stream netflix, but it's ok. It was clean, price was good and very near from the center (with space to park for free)

Poor communication, even with the assistance of Booking.com. We had to cancel our reservation & travel home due to a family member passing away. We kindly asked for a refund but when emailed multiple times, no response. When I did speak to someone over the phone, they said they would 'pass on the message'. That was 4 days ago. Stay somewhere else.

We have booked The River Inn before corona happened, we were allowed to go by that time. However, the Hotel closed regarding the pandemic time. They have never sent us an email to let us know. We went there, the Hotel was closed. They advised us that they will give us a money refund. Nevertheless, the uncomfortable moment of the search for new accommodation, its been already 4 months and we still did not get a refund. This is beyond a bad service.
