Everything good , started a holiday for family for a good experience BUT Was ending in very bad one .😡😡😡😡 ( see update : situation changed 🙏🙏🙏🙏( The staff are very good, the hotel rooms also good and everything was fine for first day ans first might . When it came to second Night from evening 5 pm after long day out came to rooms without Water in bath room . Since 5 pm they keep telling us one or two hours But it s still 2300 ans after 3 trips to use bathroom in reception which is about 250 meters away from our building …. The staff are nice and keep telling us they are working on it and we are waiting …. A family of 6 (3 rooms) no shower No bathroom No washing even for cups to have tea or coffee .. Finally at 11 pm they tell us if want can move to another old building on the other side … Asked the kids : no one want to move anymore since they have been waiting since 5 pm . Tomorrow , we will check out and I am sure there will be no water running as well … So not only no shower befor asleep and also no shower before leaving …. As for toilets : we can not resist so we have to walk 300 meters to use reception pupbluc toilets at night . Also to brush teeth. The hotel is good , the staff very good , the rooms are also good but make sure that Water is available or come to the hotel with your own supply of water for washing …. 😩😩😩😩 Not happy ending of holidays …. The lack management at the hotel is very apparent … Update : the final day we did not have to wake up to no water : 😃😃😃😃 we found water in the morning 🌹🌹🌹🌹Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 hard workers of the whites We will leave clean 👍👍👍👍👍

The staff are polite and have a good service mind. However, I did not have any other impression with this hotel. 2 out of 3 swimming pools are not clean. The water is turbid and there are many frog egg foams around the edge. I was there for 1 night in the Clif Wing Twin room. The room is acceptable for cleanliness, some dirtiness on the bed sheet but doesn’t have a bad smell. The air condition system is so difficult to adjust and has a weird noise. I end up with difficulties sleeping all night long. Their breakfast should be improved in terms of taste and quality. They didn’t keep the food warm during the serving time.
