Right in the centre, a couple minutes walk from. the train station- but room was still quiet despite overlooking the street. Great room, with a fridge, and lovely bathroom. Good night's sleep. Staff were fantastic and super helpful getting something sent back to me after I left my headphones behind in my room. Thank you.

The hotel is in a fantastic location — very central and within easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and everything we needed. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. We didn’t dine at the hotel, but we enjoyed a drink at the bar where the prices were reasonable. The safe box wasn’t working at first, but it was quickly fixed when we reported it. We were only provided one towel, but for the first time in Scotland, we were given a hair cap and a toothbrush, which was a nice touch. One thing to note: housekeeping doesn’t automatically clean the room daily — you need to request it through guest services. However, the wake-up call service worked perfectly and was right on time. Overall, we had a good stay, and the excellent location really made it a great choice

First of all: a Radisson individuals hotels operate as a Radisson hotel franchise. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and we felt instantly welcomed. After reporting an issue with the smell in our room the hotel staff was very understanding and a room change was organized. The bathroom was very clean and the soap and body lotion were nice. Please note that you have to inform the reception desk if you want your room to be cleaned.
