Service was incredible from the minute we walked in. The reception staff even called a local pizzeria down the street for us to ask if they were still open after he recommended we go and try some authentic Italian food. The bar (service, drinks, late night snacks) were fantastic. While I did not enjoy the open atmosphere to get to our room (quite noisy for those who want to sleep in a bit), the hotel and room was absolutely stunning. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
What a hotel. charming European hotel with an amazing location. We did not take one cab because we were centrally located. We had an amazing suite that we loved. I am so grateful we stayed here. If you are not a walker this hotel is a few minutes away from the metro. The hotel set us up with the best tours possible and made me want to move to Rome❤️
5 stars for cleaning. 2 stars for reception and staffs, especially the gent who checked us in and didn't even offer to send someone to help us on our luggage and carryons. Breakfast staffs used to ask other guests what they want to drink,but always skipped us except if we ask them. 4 stars for the area surrounding the place which is almost 30-40 minutes away from attractions. 2 stras for the room which is super small and only good for one person with a carry-on. 2 stars for the elevator from 1st floor to other floors that two person barley fit in. 5 star for the decorations of hotel.
