River Rock Casino Resort

Enjoyed the casino immensely, however, no drinks station, which was disappointing. All in all we enjoyed it though. We joined the players club and got some free play, and ended up winning about 15 bucks. Not a big deal but it was more than we put in the machines so I would call that a win!!! Would definitely come back to this one.

I chose to stay here with my family while we went to a concert at Rogers arena. It's very easy to get to this hotel both by bus or sky train. I was concerned about the plane noise as this is right underneath the landing path for Vancouver airport, but was blown away by how much sound proofing is in the rooms. I was upgraded to the two bedroom executive suite and was very impressed by the quality of the rooms given the hotel is over 20 years old. We were very comfortable. The pool area is a fun place to hang out, Gordon Ramsey steak House is sublime, and we enjoyed exploring the hotel. The only downside is there's not a lot to do in the area outside of the resort. Luckily downtown Vancouver is a short sky train ride away. I'll be coming back for sure.

Very close to the USA border so makes it easy for your first stay. Everyone was very nice and the pool attendant even thanked us three times for bringing our own towels to the pool since they are limited. The train is right near this hotel as well, so we were able to take the train like 4 stops to visit the conservatory which was beautiful!!! We also visited VanDusen Botanical Garden and just amazing! I'm definitely planning on visiting again and again!!!
