Rivera del Rio Boutique Hotel

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. Arty, unique and absolutely beautiful. Perfect location, great staff and a rooftop pool to die for. 2 resident cats! Elizabeth and Isabella! Sweetie pies. Do yourself a favor and get a deluxe room with balcony. The views are spectacular. The breakfast was also amazing. Met all kinds of interesting and fun people including some USA expats. If we ever go back to Puerto Vallarta we are staying at this hotel.

First time staying at this hotel and it was such an AMAZING experience! Everything from the location, the service, the rooms, the atmosphere, the decorations, everything was incredible. We had everything we needed thanks to the awesome Javier, at the front desk, got such a nice and warm vibe from him, always smiling and eager to help and hear about our adventures of the day. Gracias Javier!!! 10/10!! Stayed at the Silver Suite and it was just perfect, such amazing views to the river and big windows for the sunlight to shine in. My group and I used two out of the three pools and they were just beautiful, always clean, so relaxing and refreshing. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Rivera del Río and Mr. Javier was so wonderful throughout the whole experience and extremely attentive. We had the opportunity to upgrade our rooms to the specialty/deluxe not exactly sure what they’re called and it was worth it! All three rooms including the vanity, silver, and Diego suite were used by our group and they were gorgeous! The balcony views were lovely and in the Diego suite we stayed in, the bathtub jacuzzi was calming after a long day. Javier was always on top of service!!
