Great hotel, with large rooms and great selection of sweet and salty food for breakfast. The staff is kind and extremely helpful and pointed us to the nearby restaurants. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk (in a nice and safe environment even in nighttime) away from the kievskaya metro station (where 3 lines meet) and train station, which makes it really easy to reach anywhere in the city
Great location. Good service and pretty good rooms (especially by Moscow standards). The most awful soundproofing I ever experienced. Apparently this is due to the building being old and the hotel was unable to install better proofing... But if your neighbours have no concept that hotels are not their homes... You are in for a rough night. I could literally hear other people's phones' notifications through the walls!!! Spent two nights here, both nights different neighbours shouted, swore... any loud conversation was like having other people in your room. There is also a pretty major road near by, so all the street racers and party goers play music on full blast and you can hear the windows vibrating at night.
the hotel is in a good location, the rooms are good. But the hotel looks more like a hostel and breakfast is disgusting
