Riverside Hotel

Peaceful hotel located right next to the Vechtsee. Idyllic and quiet. Hotel and restaurant staff were amazing and friendly. The food was good. I enjoyed the little sauna and the room was immaculately clean. I can definitely recommend this gem in Nordhorn to all who are looking for a peaceful getaway.

This was my third visit to Riverside Hotel, and as always, the service was outstanding. The rooms are very spacious (although the interior is a little on the dark side - but that is a personal preference), cleanliness is impeccable and beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet leaves you wishing that you were able to increase your eating ability. You want it, chances are that you will find it here. All in all, another wonderful getaway at the Riverside. I have no doubt that we will be returning. Also, I have no problem whatsoever, recommending this hotel to friends who are travelling in this neck of the woods. A big thank you to the entire staff! :-)

The prices are 4 Star,the rooms are ok,for the price,the location has lot of potential,but,there is the but, if you are the first time there,you need a Guide for everything, nothing is explained,you have to ask for everything. Starting from the breakfast,lot of options but you have no idea what you eat,what kind of cheese,what kind of Marmelade, Fish, bread etc. You have plenty time for breakfast,still if you need to catch some Air, because there are candles on in the morning and fireplace,so no oxygen, you have to be silent and careful, because there are guests which come often. So they have some kind of advantage. Sauna upstairs,ok but small and 50°C so not a real sauna. Still the location is a big plus,out of the City and peaceful, parking lot in the front and you can get a Bike.
