Had a junior suite, beautiful room and Jacuzzi bath , small balcony. Receptionist on the desk at check in super friendly and helpful. Dinner in moorings amazing. Beautiful outside area to have a drink in the sunshine. Really happy with my stay
Fantastic stay in this hotel. Went as a family of 3 with our 3 yr old son. Pool was fantastic- so clean and well kept. Food was incredible and so well priced. Staff were so friendly to us and are well used to kids. So nice to deal with. The breakfast staff were so friendly and the bar staff were so attentive and really quick with requests. Room was perfect- clean and well maintained. Playground next door looked fun but didn't get to use as we had other activities planned. Would definitely stay here again with the family.
Stayed two nights, first night room was terrible, hot, noisy from external equipment, AC unit or compressor going all night, no sleep at all. Asked to be moved next morning. Megan on reception was fantastic, very apologetic and arranged a quiet room for us straight away, even went as far as a meal voucher for dinner. These things happen but the way Megan addressed the issue was above and beyond what we expected. Well done.
