First impressions are everything! Customer service is 100 % spot on. I am impressed by all the staff, you all make us tired travellers feel like home always.
We recently stayed there over the weekend, the rooms are overall good and perfect location but when we got there we were told it’s $400 for a night, but over the phone we were told $350 for studio which is what we booked. I had no backup and everything was pretty much booked out so I ended up staying there the staff really need to work on there communication skills over the phone
Front desk person instead of being helpful throw lame insult. Wanted to put them in place but bo point to fall to their level.. the wrong attitude give great places less positive vibes.
