A Perfect Stay – Beautiful Rooms and Wonderful Staff! I had an absolutely amazing experience at River Town Hotel, Hoi An. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, warm, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The room was stunning – spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a calm and peaceful vibe. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the view from the balcony was a lovely bonus. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the old town but still quiet enough to relax. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and their hospitality made my trip even more memorable. If you’re visiting Hoi An, I highly recommend River Town Hotel – it’s a perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and genuine care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff are so nice and the food is top notch. The room we booked (family duplex) was spacious and had a large balcony overlooking the river, perfect. The only downside was the noisy bridge at the back of the hotel across from the kids pool, it is so loud, not the hotels fault but a bit frustrating. Overall, I feel the hotel is priced well and any request you make will be welcomed by hotel staff. Lastly, get around the happy hour, 2 for 1 cocktails🍸

I can’t praise this resort enough. Everything from communication, genuine friendliness, cleanliness, efficiency to facilities. They truly can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. They also provide complimentary bicycles and water coolers across the entire hotel which is a great touch. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel very welcome. I will definitely be returning.
