Great little hotel right on the beach. A lot of dead coral on beach and can be hard on feet. Hotel it's self good price for Maldives. Nice views from hotel.
Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not recommend at all!!! I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from 30th July to 3rd August. I originally booked a room for three nights starting 31st July and paid in full a week prior to arrival. Upon arriving a day early on 30th July, I asked if I could check in early and was provided a room, for which I agreed to pay for the additional night during my stay. However, the next morning, I was verbally scolded by the receptionist in an extremely rude and aggressive manner for not having paid immediately. I explained that I intended to pay that day, but his behavior was hostile and intimidating—he looked as if he might physically confront me. When I asked to speak to a manager, he claimed he was the manager and dismissed my concerns with a sarcastic I then requested to cancel the remaining nights and receive a refund, but he refused outright and told me to leave if I wanted, with no regard for customer service or basic courtesy. Additionally, the room was not clean. There were dirty spots on the bed and long hair under the duvet cover, which I discovered late at night. I didn’t complain at the time to avoid conflict, but when I mentioned it later, he blamed me for not inspecting the room upon arrival. Is it really the guest’s responsibility to inspect the room for cleanliness? On my departure day, I requested a packed breakfast since I had to leave at 6:00 AM for the airport. I was assured it would be ready, but when I checked out, I was told to wait for the buffet instead—despite the prior promise. I had to leave without breakfast to avoid missing my flight. This experience has completely ruined my stay. The staff member was rude, unprofessional, and hostile, and the service was far below acceptable standards. I sincerely hope the hotel ownership reviews this incident and considers whether such behavior aligns with the values of hospitality. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. “The pictures below were taken after the incident, which occurred between 7:15 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. on July 31, 2025. If management wishes to review the CCTV footage, they can observe his behavior during that time.”
This hotel should be rated 2 Stars not 4. The prices at this hotel are insanely inflated compared to the level of service. I had booked a room for two people in advance for $110, but when we arrived, the hotel management falsely claimed that the booking was for one person only. As a result, we were forced to pay $187 for a one-night stay in a tiny 18-square-meter room. On top of that, they are charging $20 for an airport transfer that takes just 10 minutes by car, and an $40 for the transportation from hotel to the Airport. This place is a complete scam. I strongly do NOT recommend it.
