Riviera Hotel

I had an amazing experience at Riviera Hotel Creek during my recent trip to Dubai. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the Dubai Creek, with beautiful views and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s also just a short walk from the traditional souks, metro stations, and great local eateries, making it super convenient for exploring the city.

I recently stayed at the Riviera Hotel and had a mixed experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the view from the balcony—it was stunning and made for a relaxing atmosphere. The room itself had a traditional design, which was simple yet decent and comfortable. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member assisting us was rude and not at all considerate, which left a bad first impression. While the hotel itself has its positives, the hospitality needs improvement.

Stayed for one night. Was working late in the morning. Wanted to sleep as much as I could. Got a call at 10:22am reminder call to leave with no late check out. They called 11:57 when I was ready to go downstairs. I was finishing an important call I hung up their phone but they kept calling until I answered. Not a great experience. Mosquitos in the room, I killed 7+ and water pressure for the shower was not good. Bed was comfy but TV was very old a 32 inch LCD screen.
