We just got back and had a wonderful holiday, we have two children aged 8 and 4 and we all enjoyed it. Yes, the hotel is older, they just celebrated their 32nd birthday and it was a great party 👍☺️the staff were amazing, the food was great and the children also chose 👍the animators were also wonderful, hats off to you 👍especially the animator Alex, thank you and maybe the children will play golf with you again 🤞the beach is also a short walk from the hotel with sun loungers and parasols and a bar. And I recommend trying their tea, which the gentleman in the lobby serves, is delicious 🫖The only thing that bothered us was when we left, we put our bags in the luggage room right behind the reception but we didn't know that the receptionists use it as a smoking room and so all our bags smelled of cigarettes 🚬☹️but we will definitely go back there again, it was great 👍

Really don't understand the negative reviews on here. Our room was ready 1 hours early so we were grateful for that. The room itself was spotless. Comes with a TV with limited channels, a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool and quite a powerful shower! Beds are lovely and comfy. Maid makes up the room every day and provides a fresh big bottle of water (no need to tip). Staff are literally so attentive and are so grateful for a tip both at the bar and at dinner service, if you are a polite person they will look after you in kind. The food was tasty and a good variety, if you ask at breakfast for a steak for dinner they will prepare one for you for dinner in the evening. Please bare in mind that the tourist tax is per person, per room, per night so it can be quite costly if there is a large group staying for a number of nights. There's taxis always outside the hotel although flag down a blue band one on the road for a cheaper price. The shop inside the hotel is reasonably priced and the shisha is lovely. Would definitely come here again.

To find a spot on the pool mats, you'll need to wake up very early and leave your towel there to secure your spot. As I explained, don't forget to take photos of the receipts you're given; they'll serve as proof for future use. Bring or withdraw cash, as everything is paid for in cash. The room we were given was spacious, but the beds need updating, and the pillows are horribly uncomfortable. The bed my daughter slept in was so bad that when she lay down, it visibly sank. It was in no condition for anyone to sleep there. I advise anyone staying at this hotel to take photos of the receipts they receive; they'll be useful at the end of your stay, because you'll need to rent towels and perhaps an extra room card. For the room, it will be necessary because in some rooms, when you remove the key, everything stops working, and since it's a hot season, the room gets hot right away. Regarding the pool towels, I don't know if it's staff disorganization or overwork; I receive them; they get lost, and if you don't have your own proof, the money isn't refunded. So be prepared for these situations as they can happen.
