My stay at Riviera Suites South Beach was absolutely fantastic! This hotel offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and tranquility — right in the heart of Miami Beach. The suites are spacious, beautifully decorated, and feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living area, and the modern touches throughout. It’s perfect for both short and longer stays. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, always attentive and ready to help with anything I needed. I felt truly welcomed from the start. One of the highlights was the tropical courtyard with a pool — a peaceful oasis surrounded by lush greenery. It was the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city or enjoying the beach. The rooftop pool was also stunning, with great views and a very chill vibe. Location-wise, it’s excellent — walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, but still quiet enough to rest peacefully at night. In short, Riviera Suites is a beautiful boutique hotel with character, comfort, and great service. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next trip to Miami!

The room was roomy and well-equipped with all the basics, including a fridge, microwave, and a coffee/tea maker. The floor I stayed on had just been renovated, giving it a sleek, modern feel. I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, the manager, who was super friendly and went out of his way to explain the hotel’s amenities. He also gave me excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. The staff was warm and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’ll certainly be returning!

This place is NOT worth it. The hallways smell like dead cats, the elevator is barely big enough for 2 people plus luggage. There are 3 SEPARATE buildings that i wasn't aware of when i booked my family's rooms, so we are in 2 separate buildings. The pools are small and disgusting. Parking is a nightmare, the closest parking garage charges $20 per HOUR. Also, it smells like smoke which is extremely unpleasant. There was HAIR ON MY PILLOW and the linens looked and felt very dirty, the cups we were given in our rooms were dirty and all of the furniture looked filthy, I had to check the beds for BEDBUGS the beds were so incredibly disgusting. The shower doors are only half covering the shower which lets all the water spill out and pooled on the floor. In the king room, the bathroom in MINUSCULE and the sink is OUTSIDE OF THE BATHROOM NEXT TO THE BED. The towels are INSIDE OF THE SHOWER and get sprayed with water which is a very unpleasant feeling. After my morning jog, I was sitting outside and the bushes smelled like someone PEED in them. I then went back inside because the smell was so disturbing, though I could still smell the pee scent from INSIDE of the hotel. If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would. Overall I -10000/10 recommend this hotel, don't trust the reviews on google or trip advisor, if you book this hotel you will 100% regret it. The fact that this hotel is labeled "luxury" is an insult to all luxury hotels out there.
