great example of a hight level hospitality! hotel rooms are great - basic but comfy, clean, balconies, good view. great restaurant. I would suggest that the management make sure that hotel guests actually have the opportunity to be seated at the restaurant. we arrived at 5 pm and could not have dinner until 8 pm - since all tables were taken or booked. it was worth the wait - but maybe it would be a good idea to ask upon check-in if guests would like to have dinner.
One of my favourite hotels. Best service, fair price. Tasty restaurant's, cold beer. If you like Asian food, this is one of the best places in Ukraine for it!
This is a very new property with up to date rooms and facilities. The entire staff was first rate and many spoke English. Our driver had car trouble and we asked for a late check out which they gave us with no extra charge. Great facility service and customer care.
