One of the best Hotels in Jounieh area, recommended recomended ! Staff was very professional starting from Sally who insured that our stay was very comfortable , to Jimmy who was always responsive to our demands, and Paul who was very friendly and professional, our stay here at the President Hotel was very comfortable and lovely, great management and staff ! Keep it up definitely going to visit you next year too ! Thank you all you made our stay very special

This hotel doesn't four stars.we went as a family on june 24. The room was so dirty we found condom in the room. In addition they didn't accept to refund the money. We stayed only 2 hours, after a long negociation with the "manager" they refund only 40$ instead of 70$, WORST HOTEL EVER DON'T VISIT IT!!!
