Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi

We have been travelling the world for many years and have stayed in numerous five-star hotels, but I must say that Rixos has truly exceeded our expectations. The credit goes entirely to the management and staff for their outstanding efforts. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, with its iconic architecture complemented by world-class service and facilities. The entire team works with remarkable dedication, always wearing warm and welcoming smiles. In particular, we would like to commend 😊Mr. Amaanullah😊 our housekeeper, for his kindness, helpfulness, and thoughtfulness. His cheerful disposition and willingness to assist at all times were truly appreciated. May he be blessed for his excellent service.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel and were especially impressed by the reception and concierge team. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent – every meal was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the variety and quality. The pool and beach area were both fantastic, very well maintained and relaxing. Our kids had a great time and didn’t want to leave! Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

Iconic hotel in Abu Dhabi. Beautiful architecture, and stunning glass and tile work in the lobby. Great adult pool and nicely curated outdoor space. Good patisserie items in the lounge. Guest Services hospitality was good. Rooms were nice but attention to detail could be enhanced. Had cleaning, drain, lighting and phone connection issues between two different rooms I stayed in. Best for the team to do a double check before handing over the rooms. Otherwise, issues with rooms were quickly resolved by staff.
