Rooms and housekeeping were very poor. Three days our room wasn’t cleaned. I call and asked to come housekeeping. On reception area we have had experience with very rude and disrespectful person with our check in. Thanks to Azize (I don’t remember correctly name, sorry) our situation was better. This plastic flowers and plants all over the hotel are disgusting. Night shows are 4 of 10! Where is your service on the beach area?? One refrigerator with water for all beach area - are you serious?? Sun beds are horrible! Actually I don’t know why this hotel is under name Rixos…

A Huge Disappointment Would Definitely Not Recommend Our stay was a complete disappointment. The room quality was extremely poor: nails sticking out from wooden floors, ants crawling in the bed, and generally old and worn-out furniture. There were serious issues with cleanliness the carpets were dirty, clumps of hair and dust were on the floor, and there were clear signs the room hadn’t been properly cleaned after the previous guest. Even basic items like enough towels were missing. Shared areas were just as unhygienic. Around the Oriental pool’s restaurant area, we saw sewer rats multiple times a clear indicator of poor hygiene standards. There were not nearly enough sun loungers for the number of guests, so unless you woke up early to “reserve” one, you were left without. Unfortunately, the staff was far from guest-friendly. A manager was shouting at a British guest, which was extremely unprofessional and shocking. In general, staff behavior was cold and inattentive. At this price point, I expected much, much more. Neither the service, the cleanliness, nor the atmosphere justified the cost. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

A complete mess, not even 2-star standards. Merely a cheap tourist trap. Stay away at all costs if you want to have at least an average vacation. This hotel is chaos from the moment you arrive. No one answers calls or messages before arrival. At check-in, no smiles, no welcome, just staff talking hauling you around. Everywhere you go, it feels unorganised and cheap. The buffet food is very poor quality, with “theme nights” that are a joke!! nothing authentic, nothing fresh, and badly prepared. Service is sloppy, staff untrained, and no one seems to care. Pool service is worse, one waiter for the entire area of two large pools who never delivered a correct order in three days, with trash piling up. Rooms are not cleaned properly, used cups never replaced, balcony never touched, and basic items not replenished. Housekeeping and service standards are worse than in budget hotels. The final straw was a confirmed à la carte dinner booking that disappeared. Staff were rude, dismissive, and wasted our entire evening. Our last night as a family was ruined. It took us an hour to get to the duty manager to talk to, and even he was speechless. This is not Rixos quality, this is not Turkish hospitality at all. It’s not even 2-star quality. It’s cheap service everywhere you look, and I would never return. ** I emailed their COO directly five days go!! No reply whatsoever. It’s clear that the culture of bad service starts at the top, not the bottom.
