Good evening. I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent service, outstanding hospitality, and the overall wonderful experience at your hotel. Everything was truly delightful, except for one aspect — the boat tour. Unfortunately, it did not reflect the same level of quality and luxury that your hotel represents. We were expecting a more luxurious experience, especially since the tour was introduced as new. However, it turned out to be quite disappointing. I kindly request that you share this feedback with the management. I personally would have preferred a shorter (2-hour) tour, but on a truly luxurious boat. Beautiful setting , all inclusive resort excellent experience. Food is excellent, tasty. Great entertainment. They could improve the quality of drinks , but I guess they don’t want guests overdoing it . Beach area service and food is exceptional. Aiesha if I get her name right was always very caring towards guests. Definitely try the complimentary boat ride to visit and swim around the islands.. fantastic resort

Just wow the most beautiful place I have ever been it was stunning the staff were all amazing helpful can’t do enough for you. The boat trip to the beach I absolutely loved everyday the kittens was so adorable I just loved this place one of the best holidays I’ve had. The only one thing I did not like was the red wine as it’s the only thing I drink I think there should be a bit more choice than just the one bottle especially if you are all inclusive. But honestly that did not really matter in the grand scheme of things this place is absolutely out of this world & we are coming back next year & can not wait thank you to all the staff who were exceptional 🥰
