Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island

In our experience, we stayed in room 2515, we had all three meals (even a midnight buffet was available but we never ate there 😭 but we went to look) , we loved how the hotel is designed with all the fancy chandeliers and nice colour and designs. The pools were really nice and the beach was nice at night but the sand was too hot for my feet during the day. The food was delicious, especially the pistachio baklava slice. Room service helpers were really friendly and kind, along with the other staff around the hotel and the rooms itself were nice, spacious, luxurious and I loved the balconies. Everything was a really nice experience but the water park could be a bit bigger so that teenagers and adults can also go in them and have fun. I am so grateful for meeting all the friendly staff and for getting to stay a week in this hotel and gain all these memories.

I recently stayed at Rixos Saadiyat and had a mixed experience. A huge thank you to Didem for her amazing service in the lobby area, always warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Also, special mention to Gabriel for working tirelessly under the sun and heat in the beach area, always making sure guests were comfortable and well looked after. As an Accor Platinum member, the greeting at the Accor desk was just okay — nothing particularly special. I was slightly upgraded to a premium room, which was fine, but nothing standout. I had requested a late checkout until 3pm and was only extended until 2pm. This was disappointing, especially when comparing it to the incredible flexibility and warmth I received at Rixos Tersane, where the team truly went above and beyond. Overall, the highlight of my stay was the individual service from staff like Didem and Gabriel 100% you guys are amazing keep shining.

Staying in room 4308, I've only been here 1 day but I felt I needed to write my review today, I normally wait until I get back. I am here with my wife and 2 kids and already this place has blown me away, it is fantastic. I have been around the world including Dubai 3 times but this is the best. We were instantly upgraded to intercon family room which is perfect with kids. The staff are brilliant and so is everything, the swim up pool bar is awesome. The food here is also the best, all the cuisines are first class including the Indian food in the buffet which was awesome. After a while I need some good quality Indian food and this place is brilliant. We are planning on cancelling our future destinations and just coming here again as it ticks all the boxes and more.
