I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff at the restaurant for a wonderful evening! The atmosphere here is very cozy and perfect for relaxing. I especially want to highlight the work of the waiters — everything was top-notch: polite and unobtrusive service, quick order fulfillment, and excellent menu recommendations. The dishes were incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the kitchen works with passion and high-quality ingredients. I will definitely come back again and will recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. Thank you for such a great experience!

One of the best resort!! Very friendly staff, specially the guy from the coffee station,Ahmed, who is making the best cappuccino, with a smile of course, great selection of food and drinks, great landscapes, the staff is making a great job by maintaining everything in excellent conditions! Great shows , great service! This is our first time in Egipt and everything is above expectations! Also great room service! We are very pleased to be here and so far is one of the best holiday for us ! There are a lot of great things to be mentioned, but we have to go to check the Aqua section !! Keep up the great job! We had dinner at Epicure restaurant and everything was great, the food, also the service was excellent!! Regarding the X-lounge the service and the drinks are also excellent!!

Great family resort! The Aqua Park is fantastic as is the Kids’ Club with their discos. The eating options are also brilliant. Our closest restaurant was Veranda which always had great buffet options and there was always something our 3 year old could eat. Shout out to all the amazing staff, especially Esraa :)
