The hotel is of top standard, the decor throughout was lovely, clean and well maintained. What really made the experience memorable was the lovely staff and the extra care. Aigerim and Moldir on reception kindly accommodated every request with patience, professionalism and dedication making our trip smooth and enjoyable, we truly appreciated it. Not to forget the birthday cake surprise! The complimentary room service snacks definitely added extra points!

The location is perfect — right in the center, close to everything. But the hotel itself feels a bit old and tired. Honestly, Sheraton is a better option at this price point — it’s newer and more comfortable. Rixos is okay, but not great value.

This hotel was extremely expensive—around $500 per night and we stayed here for 2 nights, totaling $1000 but unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay. Despite the room being quite large, the space was poorly utilized. I stayed with my husband and two kids, but there was only one king-sized bed, leaving no proper sleeping arrangement for the kids. We all ended up crammed into the same bed, which was very uncomfortable. They added a little rollaway bed, but it was uncomfortable and my kids refused to sleep on it. Strangely, the room included a cabinet setup meant for business meetings, which we had no use for. It felt like wasted space that could have been better used for sleeping arrangements or relaxation. The furniture and overall decor felt outdated. The TV didn’t work properly—likely due to internet issues, as it kept freezing—and even the thermostats were old and difficult to use. The breakfast buffet was just okay. While there was plenty of food, there wasn’t much that was actually appealing. It would’ve been better if there were clearly designated sections—for example, one for yogurt, another for smoked salmon, fresh bread, and cream cheese. The chia pudding was overly sweet and not enjoyable. The service was the only positive aspect of the hotel — and it was truly exceptional. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and would never come back to this hotel.
