This place is like heaven inside Ukraine. Even with the war you can count on this place to find peace and relaxation. Ulia at Aquarius especially makes amazing drinks and gave us an awesome experience! American approved 👍

The mini performances here are great and all but the price for the hotel does not match what you get in return. The location isn't great. A bit too detached from the woods. Check out Три сини і донька before booking this one.

Customer service is so bad, soviet style , stuff never smile to clients , no introduction information in rooms about SPA and medical facilities . Moreover , this “ secret” information is not possible to get even from hotel mangers. Girl from medical centre 2 was rude , I felt like in back in soviet times . They don’t explain how their facilities works and it brings clients in uncomfortable situations , make clients look unwelcome and stupid . Absolutely no information in English, no one ( at least we didn’t meet no one ) is speaking English .But they proudly told us about how many clients from different countries are coming here .. so why not to translate information , menu in restaurant, bar SPA etc in English ????Why every day must be a challenge for guests ?? They don’t respect and don’t trust their clients . Check out procedures were insulting,nowhere in the world hotels acting with clients like with a thieves. ( Especially with a clients which already paid not so cheap price to stay there ) Location is good, wonderful park , nice interior , big swimming pool . Food was tasty . All specialists in SPA were professional but not the SPA manager . Many thanks to a doctors from Medical centre 1 , they were very helpful . Unfortunately , tests results and doctors prescriptions are coming only in Ukrainian and no English translation ( what makes those documents unusable for foreigners) not and money waisted(((( I believe if there will be a change in top management of hotel and somehow they will implement hospitality and respect as the main priority of this resort it could be a fantastic place to relax and improve your health . But at the moment I don’t think we will be back and I can not recommend this place .
