Enjoyed the stay in Rixos Radamis with the family! The People’s restaurant, The Riviera restaurant, Indian restaurant and Wabi Sabi - the best! Best service and attentive waiters. The best Cheburek and view in People’s. Ahmed Hassan, Mohamed Gamal are very kind and professional waiters. House Keeping made a wonderful flower decoration and gave a gift with fruits. Thank you so much! That was so cute and nice. Only one comment: sometimes they missed the cleaning during the day when we were in the room in the morning. Guest relation in Beach side is very professional. When we had problem with bidet they fixed it in the same day! Will definitely come back.
Pros: - aesthetically stunning hotel, well maintained, clean and absolutely huge. - generally received a good service from hotel staff, sometimes could be better. - nice kids club with good selection of activities. Ahmed was exceptional - we had an issue on the last night with the go karts and he resolved it amicably and was generally very friendly and helpful! - buffet food was OK but a limited range, the a la carte options helped to mix things up for us. Great service from the pasta chef at the beach! - great that we can access the Seagate waterpark and even dine there which was really useful when with young kids - communication options excellent - staff at reception, WhatsApp service too and everyone answered questions well with consistency - buggy service all around the hotel grounds to take you where you need to go! Cons: - sometimes the service from waiters was poor, some would ignore you or would forget your request etc. - kids club activities needed to run more frequently and some parts like the treetop part was closed most of the week. Poor management of guests when it comes to the go Kart and fire station. - buffet food was pretty much the same all week when many hotels do change at least some of the items. But the a la carte options helped make things more varied - spa was very overpriced so we ended up not using it - evening entertainment was pretty much the same every night, not much tailored for children and the ones for kids were poor standard
I stayed at Rixos Radamis, and overall, my experience was mixed. The food at the buffet was acceptable, but not good enough considering the high price we paid for the hotel. Booking a spot at the à la carte restaurants was very difficult, and we had to wait a long time to get our rooms on the first day — we only received them at 7:00 PM. The hotel seemed to have very few staff compared to the number of guests, which resulted in poor service. For example, the refrigerator in my room was broken, and despite calling four times, it took a long time for them to replace it. They only provided two towels in the room, and when we requested more, no one responded. Despite these downsides, there were also positives: the beach was absolutely beautiful, the kids’ activities were excellent, and the evening shows and parties were fantastic.
