TBone was an exceptional experience! The food was incredibly delicious, with perfectly cooked steaks and flavorful sides. The great music added to the warm atmosphere, making the evening even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic time and highly recommend this a-la cart restaurant for everyone visiting the hotel.

However, the problem lies in the high crowd density and the limited number of staff compared to the number of people present. Because of this, it’s difficult to get the service you want as you expect. For example, the number of electric cars is low, and people have to wait a long time under the sun. The number of cars should definitely be increased. Also, when there was a recent event, the food quality and service were not up to the usual standard. I’m not sure if it was because of the event or the shortage of staff. Another issue I noticed is clear discrimination between foreigners and Arabs, which is quite noticeable. Additionally, I requested several times for the water problem in the bathrooms to be fixed, and after four days, they finally came and resolved the
