Check-in was quick and efficient. As Platinum members, we received a free room upgrade. A certain amount was blocked on the credit card for any extra charges. The room and amenities were fantastic, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, all fresh with plenty of choices. I especially appreciated that it was available from 7 to 11am, giving us plenty of time to enjoy it without rushing. The hotel features an infinity pool on the ground floor with a stunning view of the Golden Horn, overlooking the colourful houses of Balat. Guest Relations is always available for help or advice. Checkout was just as smooth as check-in. The only downside was the noise near the pool area as preparations are underway to open a nightclub called Gigi.

I had a wonderful stay at the Rixos Tershane Hotel! The location is perfect, offering stunning views. The attention and service from the staff were truly commendable. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were also top-notch. The delicious meals and variety of options in the restaurants catered to my taste perfectly. They made me feel special throughout my entire vacation. I definitely plan to return! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This massive hotel is built in the highest standard with excellent facilities. The shinning spots are the lobby featuring sailing and the swimming pool which is beautifully blended with the Golden Horn bay with a fabulous view of the Old City of Istanbul. Sometimes the hotel feels too big. Looking after it must be a challenge. One of my promised House Keeping visits did not happen. Once at the buffet, a manager asked me if I was a guest even if I signed in at the check-in desk. That was quite disappointing.
