I had a wonderful experience at the Marriott Hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. The food was outstanding, truly a highlight! I especially enjoyed the seafood soup, which was rich and flavorful, and the medium-rare steak, cooked perfectly to my taste. The lunch appetizers were also delicious and well presented. Breakfast was served as an open buffet with a huge variety of dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences, a great way to start the day!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Riyadh. I was especially impressed by the restaurant staff — Chef Dharmendra, Ronald, and the whole team were fantastic. Chef Dharmendra went out of his way to help with custom meals, which I really appreciated as I prefer healthy, non-oily food. Top service all around!

The worse Marriott Hotel I ever stayed at. Please avoid staying here. Security is a huge concern, I was followed to my room by a stranger right after exiting the elevator, he proceeded to knock at my door and tried to start a conversation. Their Food and beverage prices are extremely expensive and the product is poor. The hotel service is non existent. The staff looks like employed to just be present and perform their duty. No passion, no enthusiasm. I ordered room service for late lunch and there is no direct line to room service. You have the dial the guests services number and hope for someone to pickup the call. After several tries, I managed to order. The food came in cold and uneatable, without mentioning late. I had a Marriott burger: Overcooked meat and chewy, clearly not fresh, stale burger bun, stale and cold chips. A chicken Caesar and the cream used was rancid and sour. The bread basket I requested was stale and the soup portion was less than 150ml for a price of SAR 56!!! The soup was of course cold. For dinner as I was starving, I went to their hotel restaurant. The staff was disengaged and overall busy setting up for breakfast service for the following morning. I ordered a French onion soup and once again, the portions were super small for a high price. The Menu as described doesn’t match the food presented. There was no cheese topping the French onion soup (which is the whole point), the bread served on the side was again chewy and cold (old), I had to compliant twice to get the soup sort of right. No apologise was provided, only excuses on how this is the way the chef serves the soup. I wanted to order a vegan sandwich as my main course and asked to remove the bell peppers. I was told this was not possible. I could continue with the feedback, however my best advice is to stay away from this place. Especially if like me you are a BonBoy member and you are well aware of what International Marriott standards are. I will never go back there and probably if you were considering better to change plans.
