Rizzan Sea Park Hotel Tancha Bay

We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary, and it was truly special. The beach is absolutely stunning — soft sand, clear water, and unforgettable sunsets. Our room had a beautiful ocean view, which made waking up every morning feel like a dream. The staff were polite and welcoming, even with limited English. Facilities are slightly dated, but everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, though the taste was average. We really enjoyed walking along the private beach and watching the live drum performance at night. It’s a peaceful, romantic spot with just the right balance of nature and convenience. Would love to return again for another celebration. 🌺

For the price this hotel charges per room ,this is amazingly good value. Beach is wast and beautiful, sunsets views priceless, and excellent costumer service ,also entertainment including 2 different shows - wonderful singer each night at sunset time in seaside restaurant . I don’t know how they manage to keep up with so many costumers and respond in so kind manner to all , as this hotel is massive.But this has not caused any problems for me ,as no other hotel in Onna area employs so many foreign workers, who speak English, and are so well trained -all of them were as polite as Japanese costumer service. Special thank you for front desk operator Maeda San - he was extra helpful ,even so had many other demands . Surprisingly enough you don’t feel overwhelmed by crowds of so many tourists - as beachfront area is wast. And it is allowed to do snorkelling on the beach, even other hotels do not allow this anymore for some strange reasons .Never thought that I will enjoy to stay in so big hotel ,but I could truly recommend this hotel for big families or groups on budget.

Don’t trust the high rating of google map. They don’t deserve such high rating. The facility looks old but maintain in a good shape and lots of activities and shop which is not a problem. The biggest issue is STAFF! When check-in, I got tons of voucher and front desk only tell what she wants to tell. I have further questions of where is applicable. She just told me you can use your phone to translate and I will know. So I have question but I can’t ask in person? At poolside, I would like to pay to get towels because I didn’t bring voucher with me. The staff just rolled her eye and said don’t you get any free voucher when check-in? I know I didn’t bring voucher with me so I would like to pay. And this is my fault ? When I would like to redeem free bottle water at cloak desk, the sign shows if no staff at cloak desk you can refer to front desk. Then I went to front desk, she roll her eye then say nothing but shake her head to imply go back to cloak counter. To stay at this hotel, you can’t ask questions or you will feel hotel staff impatient and why you want to bother them to ask questions. Overall, the facility and activities are fun and many to play. But hotel staff is definitely needs to improve (except cloak, cleaning and who stand at front door to unload baggage staff which they are so friendly). I definitely will not come back again and also don’t recommend any to go.
