Rizzi Aquacharme Hotel & Spa

Great hotel overall but AC not working properly. It was hard to sleep as it was too warm. Breakfast buffet was not what we were expecting, most food was gone my 8 am. Service was great.

The Rizzi Acqua Charme Hotel was an enormous disappointment. A so-called “standard” room at €120 a night should be at least functional. Instead, it’s so cramped that two people can barely move. I’d estimate it’s less than 9 square meters, with a bathroom so minuscule the door hits the shower. Every movement feels claustrophobic. This is what they offer at a 4-star property? What makes it even worse is knowing what’s next door. For €76, the family-run Hotel Sorriso not only provides larger, better rooms, but also a warm, welcoming atmosphere. No pool? Who cares—there’s a fantastic thermal spa nearby. Everything about the Sorriso screams value and charm, while the Rizzi feels like a rip-off by comparison. If you’re considering the Rizzi, do yourself a favor and book the Sorriso. You’ll save money and avoid this overpriced, undersized, and ultimately disappointing stay.
