Highly recommend—such a great find! Affordable and comfortable with a touch of luxury. The rooms and facilities are well maintained, including a beautiful pool, hot tub, and sauna. The dining was excellent for all three meals, and the views made it even better. The location is ideal—close to the ski slopes and just a short drive from Brasov, where you’ll find charming shops and restaurants. I’ve stayed here twice and absolutely love it!

Service was friendly, but not always consistent some delays here and there, especially during peak times. The location is a highlight peaceful, scenic, and close to the slopes and main attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few areas that could be polished to match the boutique label more fully. Still, worth a visit if you’re looking for a cozy getaway in Poiana Brașov.

They don't answer at the phone for long periods of the time, the restaurant was opened only for breakfast, cockroaches in bathroom, AC not working, jacuzzi water was cold and so on. Wi-Fi is good , the breakfast is various, nice teracces, close to the slopes, friendly staff. Maybe it was a great hotel years ago, but now looks in disarray.
