Rm Suites

Could use a renovation. Pool was old and grimy, restaurant options limited. Has an old, musty smell about it too. Location is quite serene though, it’s tucked inside an estate in Adeniyi Jones. Room is quite spacious, but showing very obvious signs of age. Service isn’t great either — I think they’re understaffed, even. On the third day of my stay, they forgot I was still around, even though I hadn’t paid for the day. I had to go down myself to remind them I was staying an extra day I hadn’t been charged for.

It's a nice place to be. In a very coded location. The issue with food has been solved and hotel is running fine. Hotel amenities working fine. Update: Shocking that complimentary breakfast has been removed from the package and Customer service (reception to be precise) seem to be clueless as to why. The bathrooms may need partitioning (i.e. toilet from the bathroom). Swimming pool looks cool. Air conditioning may need servicing as it was not cold enough. One last thing. Food is great now!

I dropped a review yesterday and then the manager of the hotel (Bankole Oluwajana) called me on phone threatened me that if I don't take down the review, I will never get my refund (I have the call recording and also WhatsApp chat evidence). I then took down the review only to receive part of my money and not the complete refund. See the initial review I dropped below: "Very bad 👎 I wouldn't even recommend for anyone. It's so disgusting for any human to stay. Their receptionist- Ernest and Joseph are the rudest sets of Humans ever. I had to leave and they said they will not refund my balance of 4 nights left 😒 And this is about a month, if I reach out for my refund, they don't respond to me at all I totally don't recommend anyone patronising them." Honestly my experience was very bad not to even talk of the unpleasant state of the room and environment.
