Amazing hotel. We came for our yearly martial arts seminar. This hotel is great, a short walk to the train station, close to a supermarket and their restaurant was amazing. The food great and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the staff!

I’ve stayed here on several occasions and I appreciate the consistent attention given to every aspect of my stay. The lobby decor is modern and attractive, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with excellent amenities. The staff are professional and most attentive, whether in Italian or English. A special word re the restaurant, the breakfast and dinner menus are superb and the dining experience, whether inside or on the patio, is most enjoyable - not to be missed! Grazie mille to the staff!

The people at the front desk are rude and abrupt, this hotel is for market for conference/corporate and not for holiday tourist is a shame as the location is perfect to the area to see Parma, Modena and Bologna as everything not far with a car. Rooms are clean and comfortable but no nice Italian touches, almost impossible to get a good coffee in the morning, everything is instant or out of a machine. Car parking is easy so that is its main feature. Will I stay here again? No, the bad service and rude interactions with staff made quite unpleasant.
