This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Pristina. The neatness is below zero.. no staff, no room service, WiFi is barely working or not even working at all at times. The room smelled terrible, a dead cockroach was laying on the stairs for three days. And you have to walk a really dangerous highway and cross it to reach the nearest mall/market.
Horrible experience, this hotel doesn’t deserve 1star. No hot water, toilet was not functional..not clean.. very small room, do not recommend at all
Not corporative with guests Manager selfish and treating people bad Room service is bad Breakfast is bad and only you have only to order one dish. They don't serve water and coffee or tea unless you pay Not clean Elevator not working
