Roami at The Brassline

This is a no go. Do not stay here. There is mold in the vents and on the floors. There is cockroaches both inside and outside the rooms. There is leftover pizza in the luggage room. The beds and pillows themselves are covered in stains that look like blood. I would not be fooled by any 5 star reviews. Please check other reviews before staying here. We are stuck here for a night and I’m absolutely disgusted with the cleanliness levels of this place. I would be happier staying at a local motel 6 because i trust they at least clean the rooms and sheets. RUN from this place if you plan to stay here.

I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at this place. The lobby looks unfinished there's no one at the front desk EVER. When you initially walk into the room the first thought is "ok this is nice" but then there's multiple maintenance issues that go on and it takes forever to get someone on the phone to help. The bed literally broke (not because of my weight) ! And it took forever to get fixed. I had to sleep on a broken bed for a whole night. The shower pressure is horrible I think the sink would of been better. There are no ice machines or vending machines available. Customer service is almost impossible. The key code at the front door didn't work sometimes. The elevators were always hot and smelled like a dumpster. The only good thing was the location. If this is your choice find somewhere else to stay.!!!

Good location, nice accommodations BUT the roach infestation was unbelievable…from under the rugs, crawling on countertops, kitchen sink, stove, walls even from inside and under kitchen appliances! Good thing, we didn’t see any large cockroaches only small ones…which meant cleanliness is not being enforced! If guests are reporting see insects, bugs, etc, pest control must be done more often!
