Just one word to describe the Roannay restaurant: WAUW! Have visited more than 40 Michelin restaurants, this is definitely one of my favorites! The combination of complex flavors and freshness of the ingredients is just top notch! Will definitely come back!
Mind blown experience!!!!! I am sure Mathieu will be a two stars or even three stars chef in the future!!! His creativity and sense of balance is incredible!!!!
The atmosphere was very charming, however the fish was wildly over-salted and honestly inedible. Was expecting better from this restaurant but the bread and butter, as well as amuse bouche, were still delectable.
