An outstanding hotel suitable for any type of vacation. The staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive. I would like to highlight the Greek bartender at the bar, who skillfully caters to weary guests after a day of outdoor activities—undoubtedly one of the finest bartenders I've encountered in my travels across Europe. The restaurant staff is excellent, demonstrating hard work, attentiveness, and exceptional courtesy. Special appreciation goes to Ivana, a Croatian lady whose professionalism and guest treatment are exemplary. The gym and spa facilities are of high quality. Additionally, the Sauna village, set amidst a well-maintained garden, offers multiple Sauna rooms. Kudos to Andy, the 'sauna meister,' for his exceptional skills and positive attitude. He is truly an asset to this hotel. Congratulations to the hotel owners for creating a remarkable property that caters to the guests' needs. Bravo!

We had such a pleasant stay in the Robenstein hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, willing to help with and answer to anything we needed. Together with the other guests (who were very respectful and polite) they created a family-like atmosphere. They really made the experience unforgettable and I hope we will be able to visit soon again.

Nice stay, great saunas and great food, lovely and very natural forest and a small mountain not far from the hotel. A little bit more cleaning here and there would have been nice to make it perfect. Very silent. Would visit again!
