I had such a great experience here. I loved the room, the friendly staff and the food. I also loved the interaction with the cats. I was here with a group, and with Sophie, we had a super friendly person who took care of us. Thank you, Sophie, for the great communication it was perfect, and I will be back for sure. You are the best and helped to make this trip special.

I really enjoyed my stay at Robinson despite being more of a German hotel. The room was really spacious, the service and facilities are great. Special high five to Ayoub and Zakaria of the animation team! They brought a special touch to my time spent there, really nice guys and really good at dancing and bringing joy around them. I would recommend even for a solo woman.

So from my experience i called 3 times for wheelchair they have forgotten multiple times. Yes it is a beautiful hotel with mind and wellness features that many fitness people would like. however, The amount of money you spend here you would expect a decent service. The plates are extremely dirty not cleaned properly, also the cups and glass are very dirty most times like i usually do not do reviews but this definitely needs improvement. After this review i am going to name multiple staffs. Who i think contribute to bad service. Big franchise having such bad service is not good. The breakfast is always the same, lunch is decent. I feel like the food lacks flavour. If you ask for water be prepared to wait for long time. The AC in the room is not working. The walks between hotel rooms are so long as they put you in different buildings so you would have to walk quite a bit just to get a drink for example. Overall i do not recommend for the money you spend here. Definitely won't be coming back.
