Robinson is a chain of hotels that operate a couple of dozen resorts throughout the world. The location in Zurs is oriented toward skiers/boarders and is located at the center of the St. Anton / Arlberg area. It's very easy to head out to Lech/Warth or just go in the other direction for St. Anton. But Zurs itself is a tiny town so don't expect a lot of nightlife. Our package included all meals and Robinson puts out a fantastic buffet for every one. Most of the items change daily so you won't get tired of the food, and with many options you'll almost always find something you'll like. My only complaint was that for the afternoon snacks (apres-ski) they kept the drink machine and coffee locked up. You have to order your drinks from the bar even though there are a lot of snacks set-up at the buffet area. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the good side of being in a small town is that it's quiet. Very nice for sleeping. The hotel has a pool (it closes pretty early), sauna, and spa amenities. I scheduled a massage but can't say it was very good so don't recommend that. The staff was very friendly and professional and was always happy to talk about conditions and good ski runs. I loved the stay and this is the 2nd year our group stayed at this location, but only my 1st as schedule conflicts prevented me from attending last year. Highly recommended.

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise...great service, very nice employees and ( surprisingly for a full board) very good food (besides proper coffee being only offered for breakfast 🤔). You can book skiing courses and organise pick up and drop off for kids and can stay with them for lunch if parents want to stay on the slopes! Varied entertainment too but the silent disco was the funkiest. They advertise a night club but it's actually a separate business, accessible from outside, open to the public, and by payment. The only slight negative comment is that the hotel seems to need a refurbishment... I believe some rooms have been recently but the side I have been to isn't and neither are the main parts of the hotel. It's not in a bad state by no means but everything looks and feels 80s 😁

This one is tricky to rate! Rooms were brand new and the location is unarguably perfect, cant get closer to the skis. HOWEVER, sadly the service is horrendously bad, in multiple areas. - Receptionist: Didnt help at all to make taxi arrangements as they said they are not partnered so why bother helping the guests right(??) thats actually one of the basic functions i would ever ask a receptionist - Chef/Kitchen: The food for dinner was on average okay, however some nights were stronger (austrian cuisine) and some other were just outright disastrous. Small food bites were most of the time too hard, too cold, etc. Meat was occasionally just simply uncooked?? And the worst was they made their staff cook individual dishes which itself might be nice, however those staff clearly dont know how to cook… so whats left to eat is like a childrens chemistry homework thats due midnight. Overall, lovely rooms, great location, just anything service related should be avoided. Stay for the view, leave for food
