Robinson Club Quinta da Ria

Our Tennis club had a fantastic time on a club trip, enjoying superb food, great sports facilities and outstanding service. The staff are multi talented! Most guests are German golfers so we had a chance to practice our German and our putting (everyone speaks English too).

We’ve stayed at serval all inclusives in area and this was by far the best in terms of food and service. Buffet food is lovely, varied and well presented. Always plenty of “live” stations where dishes are made fresh. We like that staff from different hotel departments helped out at food stations too… and that some also ate in dining room with us. All very friendly. Always warm greetings and smiles around the ground. It’s kind of the German equivalent of club med (doesn’t quite reach same standard though) Just 2 negatives, there were no activities for teenagers… probably because it wasn’t German holidays when we went. When we left we weren’t asked if we had enjoyed our stay… it was just pay and goodbye… which was in stark contrast with all the other interactions we’d had with staff during our stay… so maybe just a hiccup! But note to staff at reception: keep up the good work right through until customers have left ;) All in all a lovely stay.

Our 3rd visit to Robinson Quinta da Ria and once again we had an amazing time. We spent 12 nights here and enjoyed every minute. The highlight is the staff or Robins as they're known. Everyone is so friendly and happy. You can tell they love their jobs. The waiting staff are fantastic and get to know your preferences before you've even sat down. They really do make your holiday so special. Food is out of this world and there's a great choice every mealtime. We have already re-booked for next January. I highly recommend Robinson Quinta da Ria for a relaxing break in a paradise setting.
