Our family really loved the stay. Everything is focussed on convenience, so you can rent your skis in the hotel, the storage room for the skis is just a few steps from the skilift. The food is amazing. We had such nice moments during the breakfast, lunch and diner with our family. Only one thing, is in the kids club they don't change diaper of our 3 year old son. For this you need to book a nanny. We can understand this, but would have appreciated if it was communicated before and not while we were on the piste ;)
Thank you for the warm welcome, beautiful interior design (especially combination of wood and leather), kind and lovely staff with wonderful etiquette, amazing flowers and nature all around, perfect sauna and gastronomic experience (oh the tasty beef goulash).
Beautiful location, really nice service and diverse offered activities from guided hiking to a daily show in the evening, not to talk about the great kitchen and huge buffets. I can really recommend this hotel.
