Robinson Daidalos

A hotel with really great views, nice little white houses and where you are accommodated during your stay. It is really Kid-friendly and these kids need your attention, when manoeuvering through the restaurants...

The Robinson in Daidalos is nestled beautifully on the steep shore so that the rooms, dining areas, sunbathing areas and pools have stunning views out to the sea and surrounding islands. It’s kept immaculately clean and the gardens are beautiful with interesting signs explaining the plants and flowers. Of course the food is always delicious and the choices cater well for vegans and vegetarians too. The rooms have nice walk in wardrobes with lots of coat hangers and the balconies look out to beautiful views of the sea. The beds are comfortable too! A great bonus is the wonderful entertainment in the evenings where it’s obvious that the Robs put their whole hearts into it. The songs from the Greatest Show are still in my head! It’s great to see how well kids are catered for and that they enjoy going to the Roby club organised by multitalented Lucas (great dance number in the show!). I experienced how good it is for the kids to have the ice broken at the dinner table where new arrivals happen to meet the Robs and can look forward to a familiar face in the morning. We also enjoyed cycling the island and I personally loved the possibility of having an e-bike to make the steeper hills more enjoyable, thanks to the guys at the bike station. A great bonus was the SAFS week with a fantastic choice of sports, dance and yoga sessions so if that’s your thing chose that week next year. Well done to the manager and his team for a very memorable and perfect holiday on Kos!

This is our favorite Robinson Club overall and it is not even close! The Club lies directly over a cliff on the island of Kos. When you sit down for breakfast outside you have a direct view over the Mediterranean Sea and almost any room has the same view! The food is just gorgeous! Anything you can imagine for breakfast including Awsome Greek yoghurt, whole grilled fishes for any lunch and a themed buffet every evening, where you MUST taste the brownies! The sport Programm is fantastic you have Beachvolleyball, soccer, basketball, a gym with oceanview from the treadmill, 2 pools, sailing, surfing and bow shooting. The ocean in front of the island is that clear, that you can still see the ground 1 km away from the beach and it’s beautiful to swim. Daidalos also ecologically sets the bar High, cause they have very high standards in that. Too much to mention details here. They also have a station for Streetdogs, what we absolutely love! However be aware the island itself is not that beautiful.
