⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay at Rocca a Mare in Heraklion! This brand-new hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully styled with a modern, elegant touch. The amenities are fantastic—everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A special thank you to Stelios, who truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome. He is such a kind and genuine person, and his customer service was exceptional—always going out of his way to help with anything we needed and making sure we felt at home. Highly recommend Rocca a Mare to anyone visiting Heraklion. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Rocca a Mare Heraklion! The view of the sea from our room was absolutely breathtaking...waking up to that every morning was such a treat. Breakfast was fresh and convenient, perfect before heading out for the day. The staff was very kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Parking was easy and stress-free, which made a big difference, especially after traveling. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a quick drive from the HER airport, and directly across the street from a mall and some really great restaurants. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Heraklion!

One of the worst stays I have had in recent years. I know it's a bit my fault cause l'm very noise sensitive but if you are too, this Hotel will be your nightmare. The staff is very nice and the rooms are modern and clean but the location next to a big street is a big deal breaker. Never get the rooms with front facing sea view cause they are directly next to the main street! If you enter the bathroom you get already prepared for what is awaiting you cause of normal amenities like shower cap and comb there are also earplugs.. So the Hotel knows about the problem. The noise isolation is so bad. I wanted to change the room midday and downgrade to a room without any view but the lady told me that it's not necessary cause it's just rush hour and will get more quiet in the evening. Well spoiler: Still at midnight ridiculous loud bikes were driving past. I complained again but than it was too late cause all rooms were occupied. I couldn't fall asleep until like 1:30am. I stayed in more than 400 Hotels and I have to say this was one of the worst stays.
