Roccafiore Wine Resort & Spa

Look no further. This place is exceptional. The rooms are beautiful. The pool is beautiful. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast is delicious with many vegan choices. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Their top red wines are excellent. I had a great massage. My only recommendations are: 1) Saunas were not hot (or even warm) enough 2) glassware in the bathroom would’ve been nice with a house bottle of water This is a fabulous place

There aren't enough good words to say about the Roccafiore. My husband and I stayed there last summer while visiting Umbria, Italy and we have not stopped thinking about it since. The resort is cozy and scenic and their rooms have the perfect balance of luxury and homeliness. Dining options include a perfect breakfast spread every morning. They also have a lunch and dinner menu which uses ingredients they grow on the property. The property also includes a vineyard for wine drinkers. Although the location is a short drive into town, we spent most of our time at the resort pool (they have an indoor and outdoor pool) and at the spa for their sauna rooms and massages. It is truly the perfect place for a quiet getaway. We wish we had stayed longer!
